    Just the thought of having your family torn apart due to false allegations, lies, corruption, and a broken system that finds you guilty from the beginning with no "due process" is heartbreaking. You may find yourself suffering emotionally due to this. Here is the place to tell us your story. By doing so, you can receive emotional support and understanding, as well as advice, from others who have been where you are. Please keep this area civil, non-judgemental, and a safe haven for those in need.

    We hope that this will become a place where those who practice Family Law and Civil Rights Law will feel compelled to provide direction and advice to those who are, all too often, left vulnerable to and desperate by a system that has a habit of destroying families.   • Petition for Change
    This is a link to a petition requesting action by our law officials to regulate the Department of Family Services. It is asking for transparency and exposure of an agency that our tax dollars fund. Please sign this petition. The more signatures we receive, the more chance we have of being taken seriously.

    Please feel free to submit your own thoughts, in letter format, in hopes that it will catch the attention of any elected official. You may also copy and paste your own letters already sent to any elected official pertaining to our mission. ***We request that your submission also include the County and State of which the issue occurred to allow for each letter to be easily accessible by our all too busy elected officials.

  • Attorney Information
    This area is for any attorney who works in the area of Family Law or Civil Rights Law who would like to leave their information for our members to contact. We ask that if you are willing to do a free phone consulation or provide information for free via email that you express this in your post. We also ask that if you have a charge for such services or may be able to consider a discounted rate that this is also put in your post. Many people forced to fight the system are not in a position financially to ensure they are provided adequate representation. They are either not provided any representation to assist them or are given a court appointed attorney who does not have the time, desire, or care to actually fight for their rights and their children. We hope that there are attorneys out there who are willing to help us fight for change.
